Product Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

We are seeking an motivated and dynamic Product Marketer to join our product marketing team. As a Product Marketer at IDnow, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the success of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver commercial release plans by creating compelling product messaging and value propositions that resonate with target customers and differentiate our products in the market.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Integrate product stories through assets such as presentations, solution white papers, web pages, blogs, and communications.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and training programs to support the sales process and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver impactful marketing collateral, such as product brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • 3+ years in product marketing, in a B2B tech startup, high-growth company or with a SaaS/Cloud product portfolio
  • Native German speaking plus business fluent in English is a must
  • Ability to develop clear product value propositions, create positioning and messaging to build a narrative that powers product story creation
  • Experience in taking and launching products/features to the market, from strategy to planning to execution
  • Experience with product marketing asset creation – and working with designers and copywriters – from conceptualization to production and rollout
  • Data-driven: experience creating, measuring and managing ROI-driven product marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting/copyediting and presentation skills
    Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.
