Head of Organic Growth (f/m/d)

As Head of Organic Growth (B2B), you play a crucial role in helping potential customers find and discover IDnow and its solutions through search engines and content across multiple markets and languages, accounting for the biggest inbound channel for new leads. As a business manager responsible for all non-paid channels and measures leading to organic growth, you drive organic demand generation strategies, use analytics to identify crucial growth areas, and continuously optimize content and user journeys with sound testing. You also thrive on guiding your content and MarTech team to deliver tangible results.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of MarTech and Data Experts professionals. Provide clear direction, foster a collaborative environment, and develop team members' skills and careers. Demonstrate strong leadership by setting an example, making strategic decisions, and driving the team towards achieving organizational goals. 
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess current performance, generate actionable insights, and devise short- and long-term growth strategies. 
  • Implement a test-and-learn methodology to continually refine and improve growth strategies. 
  • Create and execute an SEO and content strategy to drive organic inbound traffic, enhance the IDnow brand, position IDnow as a thought leader, and educate the market on trends and movements. 
  • Translate content strategy into effective deliverables.
  • Collaborate with creatives and editors to produce high-quality content for Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) focused on regulatory compliance and fraud prevention through our identity verification solutions. 
  • Develop valuable, explanatory content for ICPs. Identify backlink opportunities and execute off-page initiatives like PR and third-party links to boost domain authority. 
  • Ensure the right content is distributed at the right time in lead nurturing. Use data to continuously test and optimise    
    Formulate hypotheses and experiment with new formats and strategies to drive growth. Utilize data to gain insights and continuously improve strategies. 
  • Work with a team of cross-functional experts within and outside Marketing

Your Profile

  • Professional Experience: Over 7 years of experience in a fast-paced growth environment, preferably within B2B SaaS companies. Relevant experience in SEO, content, CRO, and analytics from the DTC (direct-to-consumer) sector is also considered valuable. 
  • Leadership and Strategic Vision: Proven experience in leading teams, developing organic growth strategies, and owning long-term vision with a successful track record of balancing priorities and achieving KPIs. 
  • Technical SEO Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in technical SEO and optimizing websites throughout the entire funnel. 
  • Content Distribution and SEO: Proficient in distributing content across multiple channels and leveraging SEO to boost organic traffic through search engines. 
    Analytical Skills and Customer Focus: Highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong affinity for numbers.
  • Demonstrates customer obsession and a keen interest in deeply understanding customer needs. 
  • Language Proficiency: Native German speaker with fluency in English; proficiency in French is an additional advantage.
